1. Who provides the service

Paparcar is a mobile application developed and operated by the holder of the Paparcar trademark, reachable at support@paparcar.com.

By downloading, installing or using the application you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the application.

2. What the service is

Paparcar automatically detects vehicle trips and saves the location where you parked, so that you can find your vehicle again. It also shows spots freed by other users, public car parks and petrol stations on a map.

The service is provided "as is". Automatic detection depends on device sensors, on the permissions granted and on operating-system behaviour, so it cannot be guaranteed that every parking is detected, or that detection is always equally precise.

3. Your account

Using Paparcar requires an account, which you can create with the sign-in methods available in the application. You are responsible for keeping control of access to your account.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings or by requesting it by email, as explained on the account deletion page.

4. Responsible use

Do not use the application while driving. Paparcar is designed precisely so that you do not have to handle your phone during a trip.

Information about spots, car parks and petrol stations is indicative and may not be up to date at the moment you read it. Checking signage, parking rules and the conditions of the place is always the driver's responsibility.

Publishing false information, automating use of the application, or attempting to access other users' data is not permitted.

5. Community content

Spots published when you leave, or reported manually by you, are shared with other users without your identity and expire on their own shortly afterwards.

You can prevent a spot from being published in specific places by marking them as a private zone inside the application.

6. Paparcar Plus

Paparcar offers additional features through a paid subscription. Purchase, renewal, pricing and cancellation are handled by the app store the purchase was made through, in accordance with its own terms.

If the subscription lapses, Plus features stop being available, but none of your data is deleted.

7. Availability and changes

The application evolves: features may be added, changed or withdrawn. When a change significantly affects the service or these terms, it will be communicated inside the application or on this page.

8. Liability

Paparcar is not liable for fines, vehicle removals, damage or other losses resulting from decisions taken on the basis of information shown in the application, nor for failing to find a parking spot.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by applicable consumer law.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts designated by the applicable consumer-protection rules.
